What if I can’t locate my electronic gift card?
Please check your inbox for an e-mail for your electronic gift card from ‘DoNotReply@custcon.com’. Sometimes they land in junk or clutter. If you still can’t find your card, please e-mail gcards@ushg.com and we’ll get back to you within 48 business hours.
What happens if I lose my USHG gift card?
Your gift card should be treated as cash. To protect funds loaded to this card, gift card recipients should register it with us. Register your gift card.
How do I receive a gift card that I ordered online?
Electronic gift cards are available for purchase online and will be delivered via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail within 12 hours, please e-mail gcards@ushg.com with your order number. Physical gift cards can be purchased onsite at any of USHG’s restaurants that are currently in operation or through our website.
What are the delivery options?
During the online checkout process, you can select “eMail Virtual Card” to have the gift card sent to the recipient via e-mail, or “Select Destination” if you prefer to have a physical card sent by mail.
Can I purchase a USHG gift card using an International credit card outside the US?
Unfortunately, we are unable accept international credit cards on our website. Please e-mail gcards@ushg.com for any requests to purchase a gift card using an International credit card.
Do gift cards expire?
USHG gift cards do not expire, but New York State considers any gift card with zero activity 5 years after purchase as Unclaimed Property. To comply with the law, we’re required to remit these funds to New York State. For additional information regarding unclaimed property, please visit the New York State Comptroller’s website. We’d be happy to help you reclaim your funds, though. If your gift card is showing a zero balance or you’ll soon have 5 years with zero activity, please e-mail gcards@ushg.com and we’ll be in touch within 48 business hours.
Are physical gift cards available in braille?
Yes, any gift card that is issuable as a physical card can also be made available in braille. For any gift cards that are only available as a virtual gift card, you may purchase a “Union Square Hospitality Group” physical card in braille, which can be used in all of our restaurants. Please let us know that you require your gift card to be issued in braille, and we will accommodate your request.

Funds associated with this card may be used for dining at any restaurant in the Union Square Hospitality Group, do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). Union Square Hospitality Group complies with state laws regarding unclaimed property. Money from unused gift cards issued by companies organized in New York is escheated to the State Comptroller’s office as abandoned property after five years of dormancy.
